New Skater Intake

Lace up your skates and get ready to learn roller derby! Our Fresh Meat program is for non-contact derby sessions. As a Freshie, we will teach you how to skate, teach you the tools to start your derby journey and give you a safe, fun, inclusive space to spend time on eight wheels! Bring your skates, pads, helmet and mouth guard.

* 18+ only (under 18’s case by case basis). Under 18? Newcastle Junior Roller Derby is an all inclusive club of 7-17 year olds who transition from learn to skate to full contact derby competition.
